Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Sign up free, upload your docs, and SIMPI generates a working draft you can edit and preview as much as you want — full editor, AI step generation, localization preview. When you're ready to put a live QR on your box, that's when you pick a plan. No credit card to start.
What happens if I cancel?
Your published guides go offline. But your QR codes don't die — we route scans to a fallback URL you set, so customers always reach active content. You can also export your guide as a video and take all your generated text with you. Nothing is locked in.
Can I add more products than my plan allows?
Yes, on Pro and Scale. Check the pricing table for details. If you're past 25 published guides or expect to grow there, Enterprise usually works out cheaper — happy to run the math with you.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes — pay annually and get two months free.
What's the difference between Pro and Scale?
Pro is for brands managing a handful of products themselves. Scale is for brands operating across multiple markets — it includes the translation review workflow your distributors will want, multi-brand support if you run sub-brands, guided onboarding, and priority support. It's also the most common tier for brands evaluating Enterprise: most Scale customers move up when they hit compliance or volume requirements.

We build your guide from your existing materials and deliver it ready to publish. Available as a flat add-on on Launch, Pro, and Scale; and customized on Enterprise. Ask us about bundling it with an annual plan.

What if my product line grows?
